The NDP's Own Worst Enemy

I've had the following information relayed personally by at least two residents of Regina..

Voters in Regina are reporting that an NDP candidate, so frustrated by what he calls an ineffectual NDP election campaign, has been remarking on voter's doorsteps that after the election loss that he expects for the NDP,
Dwain Lingenfelter is poised to come back as the leader of the NDP.

Another NDP candidate, while campaigning door to door, referred to a voter, who identified himself as a Sask Party supporter, as a "fascist or a dim wit" for not supporting the NDP.

The last incident was also relayed by a caller to John Gormley Live this morning.

According to sources, both of these comments came from present NDP Ministers...

Yet another two examples of the wheels absolutely falling off the NDP provincial campaign.

(Hint - one of these guys was kicked out of cabinet for disagreeing with the Premier and brought back in because Calvert was running out of bodies...)

"Yeah, I heard from my sister's hairdresser's husband's paperboy's dentist's girlfriend's chiropractor that he knows a guy who knows some kid who's going with a girl who saw someone doing something." Absolutely brilliant.

Now I know why Buckdog and GPM don't post around here: you're small potatoes. This blog is nothing but an exercise in self-flagellation for you.

Arrogance, thy name is NDP aka Deron.

deron,

1) You have no idea of the sources I have. No idea whatsoever...

2) Nobody is asking you to visit this site. If you don't like the content, you can leave.

3) Thank God Buckdog and GPM don't post here.

Its got to be bad for the NDP when there own candidate's in Regina are already giving up and resorting to this kind of stuff.

The wheels are falling off the campaign. their true colours are coming out in this election. The people of Saskatchewan are tired of being told how to live their lives by mindless fools.

Their arrogance is coming through in this election; can't wait to see their faces when they lose!

boogeyman, I just read the quote from Tommy Douglas up in your "about me" part in the top right corner. Talk about deja vu. The socialist/liberal left has had their heads in the sand about international politics and real and genuine ideological threats for a very, very long time, it seems and it's still with us.

The sense of entitlement the NDP and their supports possess make Dingwal look like an amateur. OMIGAWD!

Deron, you truly exhibit the arrogance and self-righteousness that pervades the NDP Party in Saskatchewan. 16 years in government and has made them so out of touch with public sentiment and the average voter. Janice McKinnon has stated as much herself and she was part of it. She has said in public forums that after the 1999 election the party really "lost touch with the voter". You, my friend, are evidence of that. You exemplify her assertions.

Back to the topic at hand. Yates is in a riding that should be safe territory. However, because he is Kevin Yates, he stands to lose his seat. People in Saskatchewan dislike the NDP. However, unfortunately for him, they dislike Kevin Yates even more.

The way things are going, I feel pretty safe in predicting that Regina Dewdney will be the third seat to go Sask Party in the Queen City, joing Regina Wascana Plains and Regina South.

All the polls for the last 2 years have shown that the NDP don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of winning this election. They have been at least 20 points behind the Sask Party for 2 years now and so far in this election they have managed to put even great distance between themselves and the voters.
Deron knows he will have to find a new job after November 7th and that is what really pisses him off.

The NDP Boogeyman said...

Louise,

The quote was sent to me by a friend. It's quite fitting isn't it.

I'm not sure if Dewdney is going to the Saskies, but if it does, the whole province is done for the NDP, as it should be.

Governments, generally are in the business of government, not governing. This is most prevailant with leftist regimes.

When you find country is actually governed properly for the benefit of it's citizens ... you will find two things ... you are either dreaming or you are on another planet.

Is there a gag order on all those
associated with the gov't of Saskatchewan with regards to coming provincial election?

If so, would that not include the following:

Name Deron Staffen

Organization Code SAB

Title Grants Coordinator

Organization Unit SAB - Saskatchewan Arts Board

Just wonderin'

Well Platty,

I certainly hope that deron's job description doesn't mean he has to deal with the government of the day.

After November 07th, if the status quo remains, he shouldn't have a problem.

But if the party changes, devon probably hasn't endeared himself to those people by some of his posts on here.

What's the old saying? "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"

Deron said...

Platty, there's a big difference in what I do privately in my personal life and what I do for a living.

I'll thank you all not to drag my work into these discussions again.

Platty said...

Better check with your superiors on that one Deron...

And if I want to drag something into these discussions, I will do so without hesitation.

The NDP Boogeyman said...

deron,

Then you probably shouldn't be posting anti-Sask Party rhetoric on a blog from your organization during business hours!

Do you realize how much of that money you hand out comes from the General Revenue Fund?

And who do you think will control the GRF if the Sask party becomes the next government?

And, might I add, your postings have not gone unnoticed.

Being political is one thing... Being totally obtuse is another...

the sasquatch said...

aww, are you, Mr. Boogeyman, threatening this guy?
"your postings have not gone unnoticed"

are you forwarding them on to the Sask Party?

are you planning an attack on civil servants?

are you willing to defend that in the public eye?

awww! you right wingers are so cute!

The NDP Boogeyman said...

Ah, sasquatch... you've found a new blog to troll.

I think the Sask Party knows I exist. I'm sure they're following a lot of political blogs. I think they even know your laughable little blog exists. Mind you, only after I linked to you.

I'm a citizen blogger. How on earth could I attack civil servants? And what difference would I make?

You ARE paranoid... Holy crap!

Look outside your window, see that van... Cover your head with a watermelon and pull the fillings out of your teeth.

But thanks anyways for elevating the power you perceive me to have.

Defend exactly "what" in the public eye?

And you left-wingers are soooooo desperate. Wow...

John Murney said...

Well done, Boog old chap. the juggernaut is about the rev up!

John Murney said...

When the NDP know they are losing, they pull out all of the stops. We are witnessing that now.

The NDP Boogeyman said...

John,

It's really too bad it has to be like this, but it really is up to us to expose these tactics.

You stick to the great information on your blog; I'll handle the crap on this end.

You are absolutely right. It's going to rise into a shrill scream this week.

Louise and NDP Boogeyman are concerned about the biggest boogeyman of them all, the Bush Boogeyman: the nasty evil Arabs that have us in Afghanistan and
that has the American dollar tanking because the US Army is bogged down in Iraq.

911 was an inside job you foolish fans of fascism.

And the foolish fan of fascism talks about the NDP having boogeymen.
