I Can't Stop Laughing

After believing he has outed the author of this blog based on one word in a Tweet, Kent E. Peterson a.k.a. rightwingbob threatens legal action, presumably because of some slanderous remarks the NDP Boogeyman may have made. It's a typical leftist/NDP tactic to try to silence critics.

But in the same post, the Rhodes Scholar in training writes the following;

It's a good thing that 'Mike the Greek' has some lawyer friends because he just may need them. Mind you neither Gormley nor Ezra are renowned for their lawyering.

For those interested, one of the things that can be seen as slanderous is an attack on a lawyer's ability or competency to practice law, which this remark could potentially be seen as doing

On March 28th, Gormley posts the following Tweet;

On the afternoon of March 29th, the Kent E. Peterson changes the post to read;

It's a good thing that 'Mike the Greek' has some lawyer friends because he just may need them. Mind you neither Gormley nor Ezra are renowned for their lawyering, rather both are in the business of political commentary.

So let me get this straight... While threatening to sue for slander, Kent E. Peterson may have actually slandered not one, but two lawyers in the same post.

Absolutely brilliant! I'm still laughing...

This is the future of the NDP folks. Enjoy the train wreck!

The NDP are so desperate to sue someone, anyone for that matter.
NDP MLA Buckley Belanger tried to sue my father after Buckley started a drunken bar fight with his own cousin in my father’s bar and Buckley lost his eye as a result. (it's all fun and games until someone loses and eye)
The case didn't make it through discovery where Buckley completely reversed his story after just a few questions from my father's lawyer.
Several times different members of the NDP have tried to threaten me with a law suit, but it never goes past a few words on a blog or in an email.
The reason nothing ever goes past the threat stage is because I can prove all that I say. For instance, I can say NDP MLA Cam Broten refuses to condemn or denounce Tommy Douglas calling single mothers "common prostitutes" because I have that in writing from Cam Broten on his official government letterhead. No grounds for legal action, I’m just stating facts.
Maybe when I finally park the old Peterbilt I should teach a law class for socialists as well as a history class?

This is priceless. A mastercard moment in young Kent’s' political career. I hope an expensive one, one where it's lengthy with lot's of discovery motions, adjournments after a half hour, negotiation meetings that go no where. He will have to experience that words slung as excrement can actually come back and put a cow patty in his own face. I hope John let’s us know when the first court date is as I would like to see Kent swarmed by the media.
