The ReTweet is from Sandra Jackle, who is the Director or of Communications and Media Relations for the NDP.
Jackle is the same person behind the "Lingenfelter Humping the Mat" boxing PR stunt.

Just to be clear, it's not slander; its liable and it is actionable.
ReplyDeleteI hope someone from the Premier's office has seen these and is advising him to take legal action. This is just out and out sleaze politics of the lowest possible type.
ReplyDeleteI would have thought that a Communications or Marketing major would have learned about "libel", "slander" and torts in pursuit of her degree. I know it was in my business law class.
